A Fractional CMO Focused on Association Marketing, Communications & Membership

I’m a fractional chief marketing officer (CMO) specializing in nonprofits and small business who devises the strategy, outlines the tactics, identifies the metrics – so all your team needs to do is execute and measure. 

I have 20 years of experience as a nonprofit leader and over 10 years of nonprofit board experience in a variety of industries. I earned my Certified Association Executive credential in 2022.  I've launched marketing departments and managed marketing teams from 2 to 8, leading high-performing teams to achieve success, in addition to stabilizing operations and improving profitability. My doctoral degree is in communications and information systems as applied to scaling social impact and social enterprise. I currently serve on the on the communications committee of Association Women Technology Champions, and on the ASAE Marketing Professionals Advisory Council, where I recently served as chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittee.
