I've managed and launched countless programs over the years, in education, awards, member services, research, and more. I'm a master at creating and executing program management plans that yield real results.
I’ve led the process to gather business requirements and translate them into appropriate tech solutions since 2003, overhauling entire marketing tech stacks twice: email marketing automation, member databases (AMS), web content management systems, and learning management systems (LMS). I've handled vendor identification, RFP writing, overseeing vendor rating and selection, and full project management in addition to leading cross-functional staff teams.
I also have created and executed website usability (UX) plans to drive specific website redesigns, created website member journey maps, rewritten all web content, created and executed content migration plans, and just about anything else you can think of when it comes to an accessible website redesign.

I've managed and launched successful marketing departments/ teams of 2 to 8. I enjoy working individually with each team member to ensure they're set up for success - from onboarding through exit. My training programs are based on my knowledge of adult learning principles and deep experience in creating on-the-job training and job aids that improve efficiency and effectiveness. I'm a whiz at understanding what structure is needed, how to make it happen, and how to set up standard operating procedures and templates to execute upon.
