The American Animal Hospital Association had a media kit describing sponsorship opportunities, but no individual sell sheets for each opportunity. Opportunities to more easily upsell and cross-sell sponsorships without overwhelming sponsors with a lengthy media kit were missing.
The Challenge
The challenge was to present each sponsorship opportunity individually, but making it clear it was a part of a bigger basket of opportunities to reach association members. We wanted to keep the information to a one-page document that could easily be sent to prospective sponsors as well as be uploaded to pages on the association website featuring a potentially sponsorable item. The original writer and designer did not include any context describing the larger package of opportunities, nor did she include contextual information about market size or characteristics.
The Solution
A redesigned template for sponsorship sell sheets that contained all the needed information to best present opportunities to potential sponsors.

Results
Each item in the media kit became its own sell sheet, and the sponsorship team was able to easily email them to potential sponsors without overwhelming them with a full media kit full of items not of interest. More sponsors were exposed to additional sponsorship opportunities and selected more items to sponsor.
