AI Fluency: An Essential Skill

I built the Lada Consulting AI Fluency Model after more than two years of running AI pilots inside small and micro associations, watching what actually helps and what quietly creates risk. I don’t proclaim to be the expert on this shift. I’m sharing what I’ve learned in the hopes it helps your team skip a few of the mistakes I made along the way.
