For associations that...
The problem this solves
Your association has produced hundreds of hours of webinars, dozens of research reports, and years of member discussions. Members don't have time to find what's relevant, and when they do find it, the original format rarely matches how they need to learn. Webinars are too long. Reports are too dense. Discussions are buried. Staff can't surface and reformat content manually at scale. Read more about my work here.

Scope Note
The Member Microlearning System is offered at a range of price points, depending on how much of the work I do directly and how much content we cover. The structure is designed so you can engage at the level that matches your team's capacity and budget.
If your content footprint includes multiple distinct repositories (research libraries, journals, books, blogs, community archives, or more than one platform), we'll scope a custom engagement. Custom engagements typically range from $45,000 to $90,000.
The discovery call covers scope confirmation. There's no charge for the call and no obligation after.
Why this is different from a chatbot
Many associations are deploying chatbots on their sites, and chatbots can be valuable. A well-built chatbot trained on your archive can answer member questions in real time and move knowledge from your content into their work, just-in-time, when they ask.
This package builds something different. Chatbots are reactive: a member has a question, the bot answers. A microlearning system is proactive: members encounter structured content in formats designed for how adults actually learn, often before they would have thought to ask. The same research report becomes a five-minute summary delivered in a sequence, a printable job aid for the moment of application, a discussion prompt for team meetings, and a quick-reference card for later. The system is shaped for skill-building and workplace transfer, not just for question-answering.
Many associations need both. Chatbots are excellent for member service and just-in-time answers. A microlearning system is excellent for the developmental work that builds member capability over time. This package focuses on the second.
